William Richard "Billy" West (born April 16, 1952) is an American voice actor, singer, and comedian who is the voice of Toothy O'Toole and Ricky, Sr. in Open Season: The Video Game. He is also best known for his voice-work as Philip J. Fry in Futurama and one of the titular characters of The Ren & Stimpy Show.
